If you are a member of the Special Court Judges Association of Pennsylvania, you are eligible to register for membership on this web site. To register:

Scroll down to the lower half of the page

In the "Login" area click on the word "Register"

Do NOT enter anything in the USERNAME or PASSWORD fields

On the next page you will be asked to enter your profile information. The fields marked with stars are required. We recommend you fill the "company" fields with your District Court XX-X-XX information and enter your preferred phone number.

At the bottom of the page is a drop down list that asks if you want your profile information displayed on the User List. It is up to the individual judge but we recommend you answer Yes so other Judges can see your contact information. Either Yes or No is required.

When finished, click on the Send Registration button. A page will display telling you that the account will have to be approved.
Although the process is automated, your registration must be "approved" by the site Administration before it will work. This usually happens in a few hours but could take a day. You will also receive an e-mail from the site asking you to confirm your e-mail address. Please do this as soon as possible or the registration cannot be fully activated.
Remember, only members of the SCJAP are permitted to register.
Note that where you are asked to enter an e-mail address, this is where the site will send you notices or Administration will send you mail about the site. THIS IS ALSO THE ADDRESS THE SITE WILL SEND YOUR PASSWORD IF YOU LOST IT. If you change addresses after registering you should come back here and update your "User Profile."
